Our story starts with two owners: one who has lived with celiac disease for over 15 years, and one who grew up with a deep love for cooking, rooted in Italian tradition and homemade recipes. After years of navigating restaurants that claimed to be “gluten-free” but fell short due to cross-contamination, we knew there had to be a better way. So we created one.
